How Long Will It Take To Receive My Preorder?

The estimated delivery window for preorder pieces is located on the product page and in your order confirmation email. This delivery window is provided as a general guide on which we expect to ship out your item. If an item sells out during Preorder you will recieve a full refund back to your original form of payment. Preorder items are eligible for partial or full payment depending on what you choose at checkout. 

Full payment will processed upon shipment or the order.

In order to request a return or exchange email us at Shoppe@oldmoneychic.com.

We will send you return instructions within 24 hours of receiving your email.

Return or exchange requests MUST be made within 14 days of receiving your order as noted by postal 

After 14 days the item in no longer eligible for return or exchange

All returned items MUST be in their original condition, with ALL tags attached. Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned.  If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.

Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed, once processed you will be notified via email.

OMC is not responsible for return items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own.

JEWELRY:

Due to hygienic reasons earrings are FINAL SALE.

All other jewelry besides earrings are eligible for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Exchange requests for ALL JEWELRY must be made within 7 days of the item being receIved. After 7 days the item is no longer eligible for Store Credit or Exchange.

REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR JEWELRY

All final sale products are indicated as such on the website and on the return form included in your package. 

Upon receipt of the return OMC reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

All orders over $50 are eligible for free ground shipping within the U.S.

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout.
